On Saturday, Oct. 31, around 9 p.m., police responded to the 100 block of Maple Avenue in Hartford for a report of a stabbing, police said. The investigation soon turned into a homicide case as the stabbing was fatal, police said.
The incident is under investigation by the Hartford Major Crimes and Crime Scene Division, police said.
At around 3 a.m., police responded to a report of shots being fired in the Frog Hollow section of Hartford - the 100 block of Putnam Street.
And around 12:30 a.m. police were called to the Asylum Hill neighborhood, the 100 block of Sigourney Street, for a minor assault, police said.
